This page explains how the My Flower Partner website handles information when you send a message or contact us.

Your message

When you select “Send message,” your name, email and message are sent securely to our website server and forwarded to info@myflowerpartner.com using Hostinger Email. We use them to respond to your inquiry. The form does not save your message in a website database or browser storage.

To limit spam, the server temporarily keeps a coded identifier derived from your IP address and submission counts for up to one hour. Expired records are removed when the form next receives a valid request.

When you contact us

When you send an email or call, My Flower Partner receives the information you choose to share so we can respond to your inquiry and discuss your sourcing needs. Your email or phone provider also handles the communication under its own policies.

Website technology

This website does not currently include advertising pixels or a third-party analytics provider. Its own code does not set cookies or use local storage. Images and fonts are served with the website.

The hosting provider may process technical information, such as IP addresses and request logs, to deliver and secure the site.
